“The check-in staff was friendly but found out at checkout that they had billed me incorrectly. It was corrected. The property and room condition were average. Showed considerable wear. Bathroom could have been cleaner. It’s little things that make guests feel welcome. For example, the bedside clock was not set correctly and was hours off. The date and time on the tv were never set so you could not access the program guide. The property location was convenient to the interstate but consequently...

“This is not an OYO hotel it is the Richburg Inn and looks like a dump. We booked at 8:30 pm online and arrived at 9:30 pm to a sign in the window that said the office was closed until 7:00 am. They could not be reached by phone so I had to get a room elsewhere at the last minute. Expedia was unable to reach the hotel that night also. Expedia was excellent in getting my payment refunded promptly! Do not book this hotel!!”
